Events open to the public:- Events open to the public, on payment or otherwise, or other specified events require a Risk Assessment prepared by the organiser and agreed by the Keep administrator. This may include:

• Numbers attending
• Rooms to be used
• Bar/refreshment locations
• Fire Exit access
• Access and exit routes within the building
• Electrical equipment to be used (portable electric equipment must be safety checked)
• Cable runs
• Number of stewards
• Number and placement of toilets etc

Despite these restrictions Keep staff are happy to assist and the extra effort is worthwhile to be able to host your event in this unique and atmospheric venue.
